Why are our chevap pinkish?
Our chevap are made exclusively from high-quality, aged beef that possesses halal certificateDue to the quality of the meat and the traditional preparation method, our chevap are grilled to medium degree, which results in a characteristic rosy color in the interior.
This method allows the meat to retain its juiciness, and at the same time brings out the full flavor of the beef. It is important to note that the pinkish color does not mean that the meat is not cooked enough, but it is a sign that its top quality and texture have been maintained.
Additionally, when preparing our chevap, we use minimal spices to highlight the natural flavor of the meat, without covering its true taste. The aging process of the meat ensures the perfect balance between softness and firmness, which is the key to achieving a perfect baking result.

The meat we use comes from Slavonia, with a certificate of excellence and a halal certificate. Three positions of beef are aged for three weeks before production, ensuring top quality and juiciness. The potatoes come from Sinj, where they cut them for us, ensuring the freshness and quality of every bite, providing our guests with a superior culinary experience.
