Why are our ćevapi a pinkish color?

Our ćevapi are made exclusively from high-quality, aged beef that possesses halal certificateDue to the quality of the meat and the traditional preparation method, our ćevapi are grilled until medium level, resulting in the characteristic pinkish color on the inside.

This method allows the meat to retain its juiciness while also highlighting the full flavor of the beef. It is important to note that the pinkish color does not mean the meat is undercooked, but rather that its premium quality and texture have been preserved.

Additionally, we use minimal seasoning when preparing our ćevapi to highlight the natural aroma of the meat without masking its true flavor. The aging process ensures the perfect balance between tenderness and firmness, which is key to achieving the ideal result when grilling.

The meat we use comes from Slavonia, with a certificate of excellence and a halal certificate. Three positions of beef are aged for three weeks before production, ensuring top quality and juiciness. Potatoes come from Sinj, where they cut them for us, ensuring the freshness and quality of each bite, providing our guests with a superior culinary experience.
